Department Objective

Enabling Buganda Land Board to be financially sound and able to meet all its financial obligations.

Department Mandate

In charge of running the finances  administrative and ICT (LMIS) work of the company. I.e in charge of the finances, procurement, estates, ICT and  credit operations of Buganda Land Board

Department Core Functions:
  • Handling procurement processes of Buganda Land Board
  • Payment of tax obligations of Buganda Land Board I.e URA, NSSF
  • Reporting and handling cash inflows
  • Carrying out bank reconciliations
  • Ensuring accountability
  • Vetting and establishing relationships with service providers
  • Manage organisational records and handle all payments
  • Coordinate, facilitate, provide and control ICT activities through the use of technology and information reserves to the satisfaction of the organization and its stakeholders
