Ekyapa Mu Ngalo extended upto 31st January, 2018

Buganda Land Board has responded to calls from its clients to extend Ekyapa Mu Ngalo. The extension will, according to Buganda Land Board cater for those who had missed the deadline of Ekyapa Mu Ngalo due to being away in the diaspora, those who failed to pay in time and those who understood the intents of Ekyapa Mu Ngalo late. All those who wish to get themselves Ekyapa Mu Ngalo should therefore use this time to get themselves a title at subsidised rates.

Having  a land title helps you to;

Secure your tenancy,

Get meaningful credit from financial institutions in case ones seek one because financial institutions tend extend better credit to those with land titles;

Get meaningful compensation from government in case of public infrastructure developments because governments compensate those with titles better than those without titles,

Profit from the property markets as titled land fetches  more revenue when sold than untitled land
