Lease Extension

On expiry of lease, the lessee will need the following requirements for a lease renewal.

Lease Renewal Requirements
Submit an Application letter addressed to the C.E.O Buganda Land Board, P.O BOX 14205,Kampala for an extension.
Photocopy of the Certificate of Title for the expired lease.
Photograph of the building/development on the plot for which you are seeking a lease extension at whatever stage it is to-day.
Payment of 90,000/= for Application, inspection & processing the extension.
A directional sketch map to the plot of land applied for.
Two Passport size photographs of the applicant if they are not on file.
