Buganda Land Board (BLB) is inviting interested investors to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) for the leasing of land that features a rock containing high-quality granite, suitable for various industrial or construction purposes. Prospective investors must meet the specific Terms of Reference (TOR) that will be provided upon submission of their EOI.
Key Details for Interested Investors:
1. Location Preference:
a)Namasengere – Makukuba, Nakifuma subcounty, Kyaggwe.
b)Lukyamu – Nakifuma sub-county, Kyaggwe
2. Include the Name of the Individual or Entity and all identity/official documents as a preliminary step.
Submission Guidelines:
Interested investors are invited to submit their EOI latest, Monday October 14th 2024 at 5:00pm
